Let Them Not Eat Cake.

I ate some cake today for my birthday, and then I decided I needed to give up sugar again. (I'm an addict.) So... anyone up for a two-week challenge?

No?

Come on.

It'll be fun.

Fine. I'll do it by myself.

This time I'll let you know what I'm doing on a daily basis. It'll probably keep me in check. Damn puffiness...

  1. I'm in. I had a less than stellar weekend that included a chocolate-covered strawberry and some ice cream. Good, but not worth feeling like a slug, as I am while watching the Bears game right now.

  3. I'm in for the no sugar challenge, Brit! My hardwood floors, my 50" TV, and a suit of mine were all paid for by body fat loss contests I've entered at work. I'm always up for the challenge!

  5. Bragging rights are good enough for me. Two weeks you say? Let's set it up this way:

    In two weeks, you get three "strikes", then you're out. A strike is anything in the grains/sugar/alcohol/dairy department. If you have two or less strikes in those two weeks, then you "win" (we can have multiple winners). What do you win? The title of "Most Dedicated Paleo Eater", or something like that.

    Maybe you even get a special prize, like your picture on the wall with the "Most Dedicated Paleo Eater" tagline below it. Kind of like those people that get their picture on the wall of restaurants for eating 8lb burgers, 12 malted milkshakes, 7lb omelets, etc.
